I’m so glad you’re here!
I’m Tatyanna, mom, author of The Naturally Nourished Child, and lover of all things nourishing, slow, and simple. If you love to soak in the beauty of the every day like me, you’re in the right spot!
Modern motherhood can be challenging, overwhelming, and overstimulating. We try to stuff every day full of “shoulds” and “oughts” until we can’t even remember why we signed up for motherhood. Our littles are overwhelmed, we’re overwhelmed, and nobody is having any fun at all.
Here at The Naturally Nourished Child, I choose to live life in a way that nourishes both my little one and myself. We live slowly. We pick the simple option. Whenever possible, we pick the option that crinkles our toes and settles our soul.
I believe that it’s possible to honor our human-ness while keeping up with modern life. Hectic doesn’t mean losing touch with our center. Enrichment doesn’t have to come from outside the home. We can live life in a way that nourishes us within the demands of modern life.
On this blog, you’ll learn what an afternoon pause with your toddler might look like. You’ll get loads of ideas for what exactly you’re supposed to do with a cranky two year old on a rainy day. You’ll find actionable ideas for how to nourish your family, and you’ll learn why that matters.
We review children’s books that encourage imagination and an early love of literature, and we also talk about effortless ways to incorporate learning into the natural flow of your toddler’s day.
More than anything, I want you to come away from this blog with a sense of peace. You are enough, and you are doing enough. You are doing this motherhood thing beautifully, and I hope you find joy and contentment in today, no matter what today looks like for you. Thanks for stopping by.
